DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered by carrier to the address specified on your order form. Postage, packaging and handling is charged at 5€ per order. You may also insure your parcel against loss or damage in transit.  Your order will always be securely and discreetly packaged.

KEEPING YOU INFORMED
If, for any reason, an item is temporarily unavailable, you just can't order it. If, for any reason, an item becomes permanently unavailable, we will remove it from our catalogue.

HOW TO PAY
Methods of payment are accessed from any page on the website. The amount may be paid as follows:


BY CREDIT CARD: Visa / MasterCard


Simply supply your card details when placing your order.

There are no hidden additional charges for paying.

Coquin Coquine does not store your credit or debit card details.

SALE AGREEMENT
A sale agreement exists once we accept your order online. Further confirmation will be provided upon despatch by way of a delivery note enclosed in your package. We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving a reason, or to attach extra conditions before accepting your order (for example asking for advance payment).

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel your order, should you change your mind, within 7 days of receipt. Simply return the unwanted goods to the address shown below. We would, however, be grateful to learn of your reasons for cancelling. Please return any unwanted items to Coquin Coquine BP 30- 73 330 Le Pont de Beauvoisin - France at your cost with followed packaging.

Please note that, for reasons of personal hygiene and/or copyright, certain items may be excluded from your right to cancel (unless exhibiting obvious defects) - for example:
Lingerie items that have been worn.
Sex toys that have been removed from their original packaging.

PROOF OF POSTING
We would recommend that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office (free) so that, in the event your parcel fails to reach us, you can claim for any loss against the Post Office 
Coquin Coquine can take no responsibility for any return parcels not received at our Walsall address.

REFUNDS
If you do not require an exchange and, where all other conditions have been satisfied (e.g. you have returned the unwanted item unused and in its original packaging), good are refunded within 15 days you will receive payment of the full amount, less shipping, handling and insurance costs.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
If, for any reason, an item you have ordered is not available, we may send you a close alternative product of similar type and value. If you decide not to keep this product simply return it (unused and in its original packaging) .

PERSONAL DETAILS & DATA PROTECTION
Your personal details are collected and processed by Coquin Coquine and no may be passed on to affiliate companies.

PURCHASING AGREEMENT
You must be over 18-years-of-age to purchase any products from us. Any products purchased must be for your own personal use, When you place your order and we, as the supplier, accept that order, both parties agree that the order has been placed with, and will be supplied from our premises in France.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing your order you accept to be bound by the above terms and conditions. Coquin Coquine reserves the right to change these terms and conditions once a catalogue expires. If, at any time, bank charges increase, or new costs for financial transactions are introduced, Coquin Coquine reserves the right to pass on these extra costs.


STATUTORY RIGHTS:
The above terms and conditions are not intended to replace or compromise your statutory rights in any way.

FORCE MAJEURE: 
Coquin Coquine cannot be held responsible in the event of unforeseen extraneous circumstances beyond our power to control, such as Acts of God, which prevent  us from carrying out any affected obligations under these terms and conditions.
